# Why I can't Cancel my Subscription?

Ensure you’re logged into the same account used for purchase. You can cancel your subscription by:

1. Visiting your HitPaw Account Center.
2. Navigating to My Products \> Manage Subscriptions.
3. Clicking Cancel Auto-Renewal.
