Colorize B&W Video Scenes from The Sound of Music

Recently tried to colorize black and white videos using an AI video colorizer, just out of curiosity. I picked a scene from The Sound of Music — one of my favorite classics — and ran it through the AI Colorist Model in HitPaw VikPea Video Enhancer.

The result honestly shocked me. The grayscale footage turned into something warm and vivid. It didn’t just look clearer; it felt alive again.

What I really like is that the tool doesn’t just add color — it also enhances and restores old footage. It removes noise, improves sharpness, and balances contrast, which makes the final video look naturally cinematic.

It’s kind of wild to think that technology can bring old memories back like this.
If you’ve ever wanted to revive vintage clips or home videos, this kind of AI video colorization might surprise you too.

Has anyone else tried using AI to restore or colorize old videos? Would love to hear what you’ve experimented with! :speech_balloon:
