Planning a Women's Day Event? Don't let bad lighting ruin the memories! 📸

International Women’s Day is just around the corner, and many of us are setting up photo booths at the office or for local events. I’ve seen so many great “Empowerment Quote Walls” and “Floral Backdrops” look dull in photos because of harsh office lighting or low-res phone cameras.

If you’re the one “designated photographer” for your team, here’s a quick checklist to level up the results:

  • Curate your props: 5-8 high-quality signs (like “CEO Energy” or “Fearless”) are better than a box of random clutter.

  • Watch the shadows: If you don’t have a ring light, try to face a natural window.

  • Post-process like a pro: If the shots come out a bit blurry or dark, don’t delete them!

I’ve been using HitPaw FotorPea to batch-enhance our event photos. Its AI Face Model is a lifesaver for sharpening group shots and making the colors pop.

Question for the group: What’s your favorite photo booth theme this year? Are you going for “Boss Lady” professional or “Glam & Glitter” celebration? Let’s swap ideas! :backhand_index_pointing_down:
