SoulGen 2.0 Is Out — Here Are My Thoughts

SoulGen 2.0 just launched, and I’ve spent some time testing its new features. The improvements are noticeable — especially in motion accuracy, color fidelity, and overall visual stability. Character movement feels smoother, and there’s less of the awkward limb jitter that showed up in earlier versions.

For anyone who enjoys stylized character videos, anime-inspired motion, or portrait animation, this update is a meaningful step forward. SoulGen’s Image-to-Video mode especially looks more polished now, with better skin tone consistency and fewer visual glitches.

While experimenting with the update, I also compared it with HitPaw Online AI Video Generator, mainly because it offers multiple AI models (PixVerse, Google Veo, Sora, Kling, etc.) in one place. Even though the focus is different from SoulGen, HitPaw provides more variety for creators who want realistic motion, cinematic shots, or multiple animation styles without switching platforms.

SoulGen 2.0 remains strong for stylized character edits, and the update makes it more reliable for everyday content creators. But if you’re exploring broader creative options or working across multiple visual styles, HitPaw is still a solid alternative to test side-by-side.
