Does a package not include credits ?
I am interested in the $99.99 1 year package, but it seems I still have to pay for credits if i want to use the package.
Can someone please explain whether this is correct or if I am misunderstanding it.

I have the excact same question waiting for to be answered. I was just trying it out and see how it works and i suspect i had used credits by that and then you have to buy more i guess but i am not satisfied by that.
Credits are for the special functions like cloud acceleration, etc. If you don’t use the function, then you don’t need to buy the credits.

Regards VikPea - when I remove a video background, can the video be saved as an Alpha channel/clear background ?
Yes, saving with Alpha transparent channel is supported. However, you need to use a player or software that supports transparent channel to display the effect normally.
I have never been so disappointed in a purchased software as i am with Hitpaws Vicpea. I purchased A 1 years subscription only to have it constantly fail but i finally got it going only after upgrading my pc and gpu but the results were not good .if left alone my 2 gb home video file would take about a week or longer to export, this is unacceptable and Hitpaw support hasn’t been very helpful with my issues and to top it off they say inorder to speed up the process i need to purchase credits
