All of a sudden none of the models in Video AI work anymore. Was my account disabled by Hitpaw? I just purchased this lifetime license not too long ago. I did a clean install with the latest NVIDIA drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled Vikpea and still get the same error. Does Vikpea require a certain version of CUDA or TensorRT installed? I installed CUDA v12.0 and also CUDA v13.0 took kit from NVIDIA website and I also installed Nvidia TensorRT-10.14.1.48.Windows.win10.cuda-13.0 which is the latest version and added the path to the system variables but I still get this error. All of my harddrives have terrabytes of free space. Does Vikpea require a certain version of Python, Pytorch, CUDA, TensorRT installed?
I don’t have any issues with my other AI video enhance software such as Topaz, Aiarty, WinxVideo, Unifab, SVFI, etc. I only have issues with Vikpea. Please help!!! I like the General Restoration Model in Vikpea alot and that is the only model I use in the whole Vikpea collection. It is better than Topaz models in many non-upscale scenarios.
I was going to install Hitpaw Vikpea on another PC to test but saw that the perpetual lifetime license I bought is limited to only 3 Unbind Attempts so that is NOT a lifetime license!!! Therefore I didn’t want to lose an unbind because in the future when I upgrade my PC motherboard/CPU I will quickly run out of Unbind Attempts and lose my “perpetual” license!!! Please remove this limitation! All the other software I bought with perpetual lifetime licenses DO NOT have this limitation!!! As long as we have our Vikpea license on only 1 machine at any time, why does it matter how many unbinds we do?
Please remove the remaining unbind limit!
