This can be caused by several factors, such as insufficient system resources (CPU/GPU/RAM), a large or corrupted video file, network-related delays (if using an online model check or license validation), or a bug in the software. To fix this, first ensure that your system meets the minimum hardware requirements for AI video enhancement, and close any unnecessary applications to free up memory and processing power. Then, please try restarting VikPea and re-importing the video.
If none of the tips work, please click the three-line icon in the top right corner of the program and click the Log option to open the log files on your computer. Then, contact our customer service by attaching the log files for further assistance.
